		<description>Cat setuju sangat dengan Gary Dessler&#039;s point especially point 1. Just nak highlight, any training tak akan berkesan selagi the managers sendiri tak tunjukkan &#039;walk the talk&#039;. Ex: telling the staffs that you can voice out your complaints, tapi bila staff complaint, tak de apa2 perubahan, sikap pilih kasih still ada juga. People first value is not only at the staff level, tapi should be imposed kat manager&#039;s level also, especially dalam organisasi yang amalkan sistem naik pangkat secara seniority.</description>
