Another interesting topic when discussing about Organizational Development(OD). The OD Interventions and Evaluation. Intervention mean : “to intervene is to enter into an ongoing system of relationship, to come between or among person, groups, or objects for the purpose of helping them”. while Definition Of  OD Intervention means:

“More specifically related to OD, in term OD interventions refers to the range of planned, programmatic activities clients and consultants participate in during the course of an OD program”

Goals of OD Intervention:

To improve the functioning of client system
To increase the organization’s adaptive (menyesuaikan) capability toward more anticipative system
To enhance (meninggikan/menambahkan) the development and potential of the individual members of the organization

While evaluation is an integrated component of OD initiatives. It normally consist of few basic elements like:

Assessment – design – implementation – evaluation
